We don’t use contact forms on this site. Each address below goes straight to the team that handles that kind of question, and a person from that team will reply. If you’re under attack right now, go to the urgent section.

Getting help during an attack
This is the fastest way to get behind the gate.
- Write to the NOC. Put “URGENT” in the subject and tell us what’s being hit and roughly when it started.
- An engineer replies with a plan. Usually that means a DNS change for websites and a BGP announcement for networks.
- Traffic moves to SentiGate. The flood hits our gates instead of you, and we tune filters with you while it’s still going.
- What’s being hit: a domain, an IP address or a whole prefix
- When it started, even roughly
- What you see, for example the site is down, the uplink is full or there is strange traffic on a port
Report abuse from a SentiGate address.
Our customers’ websites and networks sit behind SentiGate, so their traffic comes from our IP addresses. If you see phishing, malware, spam, attacks or other abuse from one of these addresses or from a site that uses SentiGate, write to abuses@sentigate.cloud.
- Where it happened: the domain, URL or IP address.
- When it happened: the date and time, with the time zone.
- What happened: for example a phishing page, malware, spam or an attack on your network.
- Evidence: logs, full email headers or screenshots that show the problem.
We read every report and pass it on to the customer responsible for the site or network. If our rules have been broken, we also act on it ourselves.
This address is only for abuse reports. If your own service is under attack, write to the NOC as described in the urgent section, and send vulnerabilities in SentiGate to security@sentigate.cloud.
